Data acquisition

Maiload acquires, processes and manages exclusively master data related to economic activities i.e. companies, associations and freelancers. Consequently, it does not process data related to individuals or private individuals and/or consumers.

Within the Database there are 2 data cases/types:

  • Full Legal Person

Represents 75% of the total records in our Database: companies, associations and entities with various forms of composition (Spa, Srl, Snc, Sas etc.) and generic (e.g.: info@) or departmental (e.g.: marketing@, sales@, etc.) contact data.

  • Legal Person with natural person contact data

This is a much less frequent case in our Database, but it exists. Contact data that incidentally identify the “natural person” can occur in two patterns:

These data were conferred by the individual indicating them as contact data of a company; within the Bancomail Database therefore they are not intended as internal or employee-related contacts, but as representatives of the Company itself.

All data types comply with processing or use as stipulated by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and national laws.

All Maiload’s Company Email Databases contain Companies and Professionals who have freely given their contact data (electronic and otherwise) by publishing them in public directories. The data come from public directories, Internet pages, or other materials of an IT nature.
